I love the foods this time of year!
I get so excited about winter squash! Have you ever tried roasted Delicata squash? It is truly so amazing! And the kale is fresh and tender, I eat kale all year because we are lucky to live somewhere you can get it year round. But the fall is the best time!
One of the very best things you can do for your health is eat with the seasons. Do you know what is best for you now? One hint is don’t buy anything that comes from the southern hemisphere! Local is best and freshest and most full of nutrients!
I was just given a bag full of pomegranates which with their dark red juice are so good for you and have many of the same health benefits of red wine with out the alcohol!
